You only get ONE.. direction.

My 2nd LD entry. It was really rough, but I managed to pull through. Tried to do something a little different, but had to cut it short. There's no music unfortunately. :(

Play as Blue in this secluded void of mystery. What lies beyond the gates?


-Mouse - Hold left-click to shoot.

UPDATE: Fixed - Player would snag and get stuck on the 45* corners.
UPDATE: Fixed - Another game breaker. Shifted gate to the right. Player would reach an area which is supposed to be inaccessible and get stuck.

I wished I could pixel my pictures to, but I am only good in Vectors as you see at our game. I will take you as much stars from the sky as I can :)

What a fantastic color scheme and great artwork! The colors and the floating islands reminded me of Fez. Really enjoyed the style and the concept. Exploring the world was really fun. Unfortunately I managed to get stuck :( On the bit where there are 2 blue barriers surrounding a diamond(?) I managed to come in from the right and couldn't get out. Did I do something wrong? I had to restart.

Well polished for a game jam, very few games are. One of my favorites so far. Very nice art style.

The visuals are great, the idea is really interesting. Very nice use of the theme. Sometimes, the enemies get a bit unfair, e.g. if you enter a screen and not a second later you get hit... some save area would be nice. Furthermore, I wish the game would play faster respectively with more action. Very good job anyway!

Not terribly fond of the one direction mechanic. It feels like busy work, especially when you're just making a curve, and doesn't seem to really add much. Aside from that i really like the game, nice work!

The graphics and sound effects were great, and the character is very cute (were you going for something like red from transistor?). I enjoyed playing, but I have to say I didn't feel that the way the theme was implemented did much to enhance the gameplay.

Love the atmosphere, I felt really uneasy when playing. The pixel art was really great as well. The pacing felt a bit slow, but the level and enemy design was great.

The only thing you could add to make it better would have been a soundtrack.
Besides that it's top-notch!
