This Sucks by skylerWithAnE
***UPDATE*** Opened up the project today to try to fix the glitch that makes the game unplayable past 3-4 minutes, wound up making a few changes so I'm linking it as a "post" version. Also, I'm now sharing the Project minus the blood decals as those were purchased from the UE marketplace.
--Game is now endless (You should probably lose in less than 7 minutes.)
--Projectiles are now more effective at killing enemies.
--You can now set your player color, gun color, and invert your aim in the options.
--The dome has been updated with some new aesthetics.
--Power ups now guarantee stat upgrades in fire rate, health, movement speed, shot speed, and ammo count.
--Enemies now redirect to other towers when the tower they're attacking has been destroyed.
Your weapon literally sucks. Use your vacuum gun to suck up enemy combatants then launch their dismembered bodies to clear obstacles as you dash around the dome protecting your Health Spawning towers. Keep an eye out for shining gold power-ups to increase your attributes.
This game was built with Unreal Engine 4 entirely with Blueprints. It's mostly just gore and over-the-top physics responses. I'm sure it's bound to crash a lot of machines. This was our first Ludum Dare and it was a blast!
CREDITS:
Skyler Evans -- Programming (Blueprints)
Kyle Challen -- Cut the unreal blue dude into a bunch of pieces
Bryan Kaelin -- Created the BattleDome, Healing Towers, and textures
Ian Whitt -- Acquired/Created and programmed audio
Robert House -- Allowed me to grab a few of his tracks for background audio

One thing that would help the UI a lot that's easy is a reticle crosshair in the middle of the screen. It's easy for my eyes to lose track of where I'm shooting.
The game was pretty fun until after about 4 minutes and the enemies stopped spawning, which was a shame because I really enjoyed sucking. :(
The health blobs were cool, i stared at them for a while.
After a while, no more blue dudes were spawning so I ran out of things to suck. :<
