I liked the game, but I gut stuck in a web with no ammo and I had to close and re open the game which was kind of annoying other than that this was great though

Wow!
Fun to play, and the character art is BEAUTIFUL.
I know it'd take a long time, but you should DEFINITELY make a game that is built entirely in that style. Really wonderful work. Great audio too.

Wow, the use of 2D art in a 3D world here is truly beautiful. The music is also lovely. The camera angle is a little high for how zoomed in it is. Anyway, awesome job!

Loved the art style and the mood. After a couple of playthroughs, I gave up because I didn't think there was a goal until I just read your description and saw there is three mazes. When you get down to low light levels, there is really not a whole lot you can do, but just die and try again.

Third maze is kind of brutal for the uninitiated.

This game is very nice. I love the music and graphic. If I had to find something wrong with this game, there were a couple of overlapped textures that glitched a little and at one point i got stuck in a web and couldn't shoot or run out of light. Those two "bad" (not really) thing about this game mean nothing and did not stop me from really enjoying this game! Great work, I love this!

Hopefully the "can't run out of energy/can't move" issue is fixed now. I'd call it a bug, except, well, I'm through with bug puns after this past weekend ;)

This is really charming. I got lost quite a bit though, it's very difficult to keep track of where you're going with such a steep camera and high movement speed.

Artwork and music were fantastic though. Really good game.

I liked the little art but the sides of the levels cut out my vision a lot

Really pretty, I love the art work. A whole lot. With the tight curves it was a tiny bit nauseating, but I really love the mood that you've managed to create here.

Beautiful game. It felt really cozy exploring the hedge maze guided by the light from our body. I liked being a little firefly. You are great at capturing a mood and feeling. The art and animation was amazing. Thank you for making this game!

Overall a good game. Maybe the use of the theme was too simple.

Nice! Really pleasing art and music. I do wish the controls were a little less slippery, though.

Quite beautiful really. Only criticism would be the controls were a bit too slippery for me.

Beautiful art, the creatures look like they came straight out of an animated film.

I tried the third maze numerous times, but gave up eventually - it just seemed too big and was hard to tell whether I was making any progress. Also, I found that it was too dark much of the time, so maybe instead of light fading in a linear way, it could be exponential...or something like that.

Loved the mood, I felt like I was exploring something magical and mysterious. Great work!

Cool game! You did a good job of producing an appropriate amount of content--that is to say, I was able to complete your game! I think the birds are glitched, they drop a grub every time a shot connects with them.

Definitely made me smile. That's amazing for your first game.
It plays really well and looks great. When the light starts to dim it gets pretty scary too.

I <3 the 2D/3D combination and those animations :). Using the bug back as a health bar was a smart idea!
