Very impressed with the overall smoothness and polish of the game. I didn't find the music annoying and the graphics has a thick cartoonish style which I like. Perhaps make the view slightly larger, or just less lava. Overall, it's really solid.

Solid! Controls were tight and the weapon was interesting. Only criticism is that checkpoints were a bit too sparse.

Nice job. I love the graphics and the overall feel of the game.

Wall jumping is a little bit tedious though. It might have a better feel if you could get a little more "traction". Like if I want to climb up a wall it shouldn't take quite as many hops. That's a really nit-picky thing though. I really like this game!

Fun platformer, don't really see how it matches the theme and the controls for wall jumping are a little awkward in tight space (like where it is introduced.) but the graphics are a nice chunkyness and it otherwise feels good.

Solid game you've put together. The character controller feels a little too "floaty" for my tastes, but overall a cool concept with the enemies splitting up. Great job :)

Really great art! You'll want to work a bit on the controls, I think. They feel very slippery. That stuff's easy to tune though, so you've got an awesome foundation. :)

Nice visuals. A little hard to control. Maybe zoom out would help.

Very well polished, and the design is very good! The controls had a bit more give than I would have liked, but well done!

Really cool game mechanic! The physics is smooth and works well. The mood is really coherent and the graphics are really well done. The only problem I think is that the viewport is a bit too small so it's a bit hard to see where to go sometimes. Other than that good job.

My main gripe with this is that it's often too hard to see upcoming obstacles until it's to late.
That and the floatiness others have mentioned.
Those two aside, I think you'd have a very enjoyable game!

Pretty well done platformer. Pretty hard, too!
I don't quite see how it fits the theme.

Great platforming! I would only say perhaps consider changing the controls to Arrow Keys, Z to jump, X to shoot as its a little awkward with the left hand (it's not an FPS game). However, controls aside, great game and really enjoyed playing it!
