Guild of the Paper Ninjas by GoudaGames

[raw]
made by GoudaGames for LD32 (COMPO)
You're a paper ninja. You're trained in the arts of paper cuts, and can utilize such a simple thing as a thin sheet to lethally harm your opponents.

I lost my motivation during this Ludum Dare 32. I found the game dull and didn't have the time nor energy to add any features to fix it. Therefor, this is more of a tech demo, only containing the first tutorial level, which teaches you the basics.

Nonetheless, enjoy!

I like how you need to spend a resource to attack. Scavenging for paper and deciding whether to use it for knives or shurikens probably would have been fun. Don't give up! Maybe next time you'll be able to make a more complete game. :)

I wish you didn't lose the motivation for this one. This could have been a barrel of fun! Some sound, and a couple more levels and this would have been a great entry!!

A bit surprised you stopped, this had good potential and was looking like it was going to be fun. Good graphics, a bit of simple 8 bit audio would be easy to add. You're so close to an above average entry!

An idea with lots of potential, I agree with the other comments, would have been fun to play a longer version :)

I agree with the others. This is a great start to a fun concept. Hope you consider adding a bit more as a post-compo version, even if it's just a couple of levels.

This idea is totaly awesome and the execution is perfect, it is only mising more levels. The Ressource Management, the necesity of carefull planning and all that paired with a quick, fluid plattformer and smooth controls. I would really like to see more of this one.
