CATCATCATBOOM by tigerfinch
In the forgotten husk of a long-ellided civilisation, one bizzarely formed humanoid *must* battle the pinkstringulons using his feline pals. I say "feline," but for very good reasons, they are masked as grey boxes.
As everyone know, pinkstringulons adore all cats, and will blindly chase them anywhere. Deploy your cat chums to distract the salmon-menace, then call them back to you.

So, I never got to half the graphics I was hoping to do, but glad to have got something that flows from beginning to end. A platformer involving cats.

Unclear, unnecessary difficult, missing art, no sound.

I like the mechanic of using the cat to distract the enemy so you can move on, and I think you did well with the theme. It was surprisingly difficult, at least for me. A little frustrating at times. Good concept, hope you can expand on it and add some polish.

Cats! The string things are black in the web version rather than red. Also the string things move too quickly and are not fond ENOUGH of cats, since sometimes they would still chase me instead of hugging the boxes. :(

Clever idea, I like it! It feels good when you get past the enemies - it feels very stealthy. If it was refined and less randomized, I think you'd have a great start to a cool game! Frequent checkpoints would be handy xD Good job :D
