Nuke Whaling by Homletmoo
Have you ever felt traditional whaling was far too inefficient? Tired of searching the oceans day in, day out for little return? Well, thanks to modern Atomic technology, now you can bring the whales to you! Be the whaler... of TOMORROW.
Pitch the plane with the left/right or A/D keys, and click to fire a harpoon. Be careful not to stall the engine, and watch out for the colossal fireball of doom advancing behind you.
Note: I fixed the input (and size) issues by republishing the game in the Unity webplayer format. If you have Chrome, you will need to run the workaround, at least until I get a stand-alone build hosted somewhere.

I love the art an polish. What's actually happening is a little confusing (I assume that'll be more apparent once there's a description :))... are you a plane crashing into the water, are you supposed to be underwater... Where do the whales go...? But it's fun to harpoon from a plane!

Just a heads up, it seems to run fine for me, but it won't take any input so I cannot actually play it.

Screenshots look interesting but like @Matsuki, I can't give any input so can't play it :(

I really like the silliness of the game and the art is great together with the music. The controls could use some more work though.

Controls were a bit confusing. But hey, you gotta nuke something.

I was also unable to play. It didn't seem to take input.

Really fun game. The are and music were great, and it was funny to try and ride out a Tsunami while harpooning whales mid-flight...lol. Great job!

Only the most practical form of fishing. You got a legitimate laugh out of me XD

Excellent concept! The controls were a bit too floaty for me, I had a lot of trouble staying in the air for more than 10-15 seconds. Still great fun though, and the hook was perfect!

Had to press tab a few times to get the input to work but it's a nice idea, kind of like two Vlambeer games in one!

Harpoon guns are awesome :) Pretty fun little game! Was kinda hard to control at times, but I assume that was part of the design :P

I had to switch to firefox to get it to work, and even then I was only able to control the game until I died once, and then I lost the ability to provide inputs again. Since the game threw a unity blurb at the start, could you maybe provide a standalone?

I'm not able to play it :C The website throws an error at me and then it loads the game. When the game is loaded i see the menu but it doesn't respond to the spacebar. But it looks really good

it says SPACE TO BEGIN, but when i do, nothing happens :/ Firefox on a mac (mavericks). my guess is the unity iframe, bc it only loaded the second time i refreshed your webpage

I managed to get the game to accept input, but couldn't figure out, how to kill whales :-/

Nice music and graphics, plus odd but fun gameplay. Everything worked fine for me, I didn't have to do anything special to make the game work, but the lack of a loading screen had me worried that something was broken, but I waited it out and all was well. Fun game :)

I really enjoyed this. I liked the way the controls really made me feel like I was wrestling with the plane to keep it in the air. Using the harpoon felt good too. Well done!

Great take on the theme. Very polished with nice visuals and controls. I had no issues running the game (IE) but I was a bit confused playing. You may find yourself wailing in this whale of a game.

love the look, music is a bit repetitive, and its a little confusing at what to do. Took me a few tries to grasp what was happening.
