Vintage Defense by mikeureko
This is my second "finished" game, and first time entering Ludum Dare. It was really fun to make! Because of the time constraint, I had to throw in some things last-minute (smoke opacity is a bit weird, cooldown bar appears below some objects, didn't get to implement a health display, etc.), but I think I did pretty well for a first game jam. I created everything within the 72-hour time period except for the background music, which I made just a few weeks ago, and the font I used for the text, which is freely licensed for personal and corporate use (http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Silkscreen).

I enjoyed the graphics and the game plays well - nice job on the particle system too!
A note on installation wizards for jam-games: don't. Just don't. I spent more time installing an uninstalling it then playing. And if your technology requires you to use an installer, use your games title as a name, not the Jams Title.
