My first time participating in Ludum Dare! (Also my first game jam ever!)

You are a hero looking for a great weapon to wield while on your adventures, but first you must prove yourself worthy.

Everything else was all me.

I'm thinking about improving on this game and add more characters, more endings, better art and writing, and original music.

Love the banter back and forth between the weapons. The sword's mustache was my favorite bit. Well done!

Ending 3. Played again, got ending 2.

Textures were well done, dialogue and personalities were charming. At the end I was imagining what a sentient weapon dating sim would be like.

Nice game: I got to dance, be a sexy beast, and grab the legendary Spoon of Might all in the same experience.

Pretty solid. You could make a full-length game out of it. It's really amazing. Love the dialogue between the weapons!

Lovely idea, glad to see a fun visual novel coming in such an event. I really enjoyed the characters of the weapons, and the game is fun indeed. Oh and Ending 5. :)

Fun experience! Nice choice of music, it worked well with the graphics/art/time period. The talking weapons were certainly unconventional, and the dialogue between them was quite funny.

I liked the visual novel format, and appreciated the fast transitions - encouraged me to play through a second time. The choices were blocking the characters faces sometimes, so maybe those could be moved lower. No other criticism, really. Nice work!

Great work!It's fun and I really liked the art! Even though the music isn't original it fitted right~
For your future work I think it would be nice to also have the hero's adventure with choices accordingly to his weapon.

Ending 5 -- ha, I guess a lot of game devs get ending 5, that's great :)
I'll have to try the other endings sometime. Good game! First "dating sim"(visual novel?) style games I've played on LD. fun!

I can't believe it's your first game jam ever considering you're one of the best looking visual novel I've seen in the competition so far. Plus you did manage to fit the theme. I got all endings and I found the experience hilarious, too bad there wasn't more. Also it would have been nice to see more expressions from the caretaker. Overall a very solid entry ^^.
