Love bombs bring citizens together, fear pushes them away. Try and do this in the least amount of moves as possible! (hence the golf)\r\n\r\nTo drop a bomb, click either the love bomb or the fear bomb, then click on a blue \"citizen\" or on the safe house.\r\n\r\nYou can Finish the level at any time, but check out the par time if you want something to beat!
