made by PeerPlay for LD32 (JAM)
//////////GAME INFO:
You are an organ player coin collector, and you want to collect money from people that are shopping in the streets. Walk towards people on the street, and collect their money, by tapping on the beat with your hard earned coins!

//////////HOW IT WORKS:
When you look at people, and when they are near you, you can start tapping to gain their respect. If their bar fills up, you get their money. The less shopping bags people have, the more money they give you.
Hint: The closer you are to your organ, the more money people will give you.
Every round the money goal becomes higher, and also the street gets more busy!

Hi folks. Here is my game Organ, for the compo. Created in 48hours, all by me!I've worked so hard, and I'm very proud of my entry! It is my third time for Ludum Dare, but now I really have outdone myself. It was lots of fun to create a system, where the game makes random characters! I actually wanted in the game that you could customize your own character, but time....my gosh! I hope you have some fun with the game. I was really going for the graphics this time, and some innovative game design. Not sure if the game is as fun as I hoped though.

Cute idea! The blocky characters are really charming and I like the music a lot. The gameplay, however, is pretty basic. Overall it's pretty cool though.

Too full of frustration for me, the game is not about organ player, but about pressing a key when you see green light. At *very* fast rate)

Very nice aesthetically. Controls took a little getting used to, until I found the rhythm. Great work!

The sound and visuals are pretty good. I don't really see how it fits the theme.

The visual style is amusing, but like scorched mentioned the actual game mechanic is limited to just rhytmically clicking your mouse. Maybe I'm just sour because I couldn't get any money from the pedestrians... Congrats on your third game!

Very nice graphics! The sounds are also pretty good. The gameplay isn't that exciting, but that's not a very bad thing in this game actually.
Overall a pretty nice game ^^

It's graphics are really impressive. Beautiful animations. But the game is a bit boring.

Please play the game as standalone download, if your keyboard controls don't work in the webversion! You have to look at people, to get their money!

Thanks for the feedback so far. I know the mechanic of tapping is abit scars...but there are lots of multipliers to gain with different playstyles.

Also, The theme is AN UNCONVENTIONAL WEAPON. my idea was that your weapon is the can of coins, which you use a 'weapon' to gain money. ;) I don't like to make violent games.

The music was nice, although the rhythm seemed a bit off to me. It'd be nice if the rhythm switched up every little while to keep it more interesting.
