After a while they just gain more speed every level... Music was nice at first but quickly became repetitive. The only annoying thing is that you can't go backwards, which make avoiding enemies a bit tricky. Also the overall view is a bit limited so you can only see the enemies at the last moment. It's a creative idea and I like that the weapon here is jellied toast! It would have been too easy otherwise.
