It was really satisfying beating the enemies to bloody pulp using the yo-yo almost as a pendulum. I didn't realize that I could launch the additional yo-yo with my right mouse button on my first try, but that was just me failing to read the description before playing. Nice concept overall, using a yoyo as a weapon is cool. It's quite tricky and the yoyo doesn't always seem to go quite where you want it to, but its quite satisfying, especially when you get multiple people in quick succession. As far as graphics go, maybe you should try teaming up with an artist or something. Last Ludum I made a Jam entry with a friend called \"Not on my watch\".\r\n\r\nThe game is about a guy who has to hit other guys with a yoyo for some reason (weirdo...). The game has been made with python and pygame and converted to win32 exe with py2exe. Sound effects are made with sfxr and the few images used are made with Gimp.\r\n\r\nI'm aware of the game looking terrible, but I'm mainly a programmer and I'm not that concerned with how it looks.\r\n\r\n---------------------------------------------------------\r\n\r\nThere is no tutorial or explanation so here are the controls:\r\n\r\nwasd to move.\r\n\r\nMouse to aim and control yoyos.\r\n\r\nMouse left button to launch initial yoyo. While pressed the yoyo bounces. If released the yoyo goes back to hand.\r\n\r\nWhile holding de left mouse button you can press the right button to launch additional yoyos if you have them.\r\n\r\n------------------------------------------------------\r\n\r\nThe game is hosted in my itch page with the corresponding sources.\r\n\r\nThank you for trying it and feel free to make any comments.
