Game Over [MY DEAD BODY] by frogcheese
I regret to inform you that the hero of this game has expired. The details on that are a bit fuzzy. Either way our brave hero isn't about to let a thing like death stand in the way.
His enemies never expected this kind of poltergeist.
This is a game where you throw around your bodily remains and try to bounce off of all of the enemies in a level in one go. It's very simple as games go... not much difficulty here, one playthrough takes just a few minutes. I didn't spend a lot of time on level design, so it should be a breeze. Would've liked to add and change many things in retrospect!
HOWTO:
* Use mouse to grab and aim your corpse. Release to launch.
* Bounce against an enemy to destroy them.
* Destroy all enemies to proceed.
* Press "R" for quick retries.
Game was made with LibGDX, sound with Bfxr.net and music with GarageBand.
Tested on OS X and Windows.
---
*Version 1.01 - Fixed a few minor bugs, reduced file size

I'm using .ogg in this case because MP3s due to their nature have built-in delay at the start and end of a song. From my experience LibGDX can't handle this well when looping music, producing a noticeable gap - at least with the MP3 encoder I use. It's true that the .ogg file is much larger than it needs to be though, so I've compressed it to less than half its size.
Very pleased with myself for having won!
I like the looks of the enemies, not sure what they are, but that doesn't matter.
It's a good thing that you can keep the mouse pointer ate the same place between tries so you can improve on previous tries.
The feeling of progress kept me going. For a Ludum Dare it was the right level of difficulty and number of levels.
You made the game with libgdx for OSX? I thought that suppport for OSX was a bit lacking? Anyway I played on Windows, and it worked fine.
As a whole good game, fun use of the theme and graphics and sounds are ok.
