this is actually really cool. the lack of sounds and Music was disappointing. I liked how there is modes for firing. I wish the tower was in the middle to increase the challenge. but good work.

Like the graphics, but I couldn't figure out how to reload or anything like that. I ran out of ammo really quickly.

Otherwise it's a really fun game. =)

I really liked the ammo resupply mechanic, made me have to think carefully about shooting which makes a change in these sorts of games :)

I love the cute pixel graphics and the defense gameplay mechanics. The artwork is consistent (except for the grass) I wish you had time for sound and music so I would be immersed with your game longer. I got bored quickly though after 3-4 tries because it got repetitive. Good luck and keep on shipping games!

Very solid entry! I appreciate the added complexity of being able to avoid fire and blowing up TNT with the right timing. Graphics are nice too, I especially like how your tower actually gets destroyed bit by bit. I only have two quibbles and one issue with this game:

1) The bullets seem a bit slow, making it hard to hit TNT or ammo boxes when they are far away; making them faster however could potentially make them too hard to dodge and the gameplay too chaotic. Maybe make it so you can shoot the parachute as well and not just the box? That way things would be a bit easier to hit. (Maybe I just suck at aiming though.)

2) The gun seems to fire a bit higher than the mouse cursor. You can get used to it after a while, but coupled with the slow bullets and small targets this can lead to some problems early on :P

The only real issue I ran into is running out of bullets...at that point you have basically lost the game, since you need to shoot the ammo crates to get more bullets, which you can't do when you're out of bullets :D

All in all a very fun game with a solid execution and nice attention to detail. Good job!

You are right about the quibbles, but I think they make the game what it is :) (I could have made it better, though).

About the running out of bullets, I wanted to make the plane drop a box with ammo just above you when it happens, but didn't have time :(
