SacredGeo by mklee

[raw]
made by mklee for LD31 (JAM)
SACREDGEO is an incomplete prototype about timing and filling in shapes. Shapes will fill in and you need to time your button press to match.

X - Square
C - Circle
V - Diamond

The game currently has no ending, ran out of time due to travel but still wanted to submit what I had.

Yeah, I could see how it could grow. I could never get the circle timing (is it possible?). Would be good to see it speed up.

Circle seems to be broken.
I like the art style, but as you say yourself it's an unfinished prototype. Needs a bit more work to make it a fun game.

The circle is bugged, sometimes you can't hit it. I REALLY love the concept. Wished it was expanded further! Hope you'll continue working on this :D

Also: Did you submit the debug mode?

I like how this is set up, aesthetically--the colors remind me of Da Vinci's drawing of the Vitruvian Man. I initially clicked on it just for the math reference :] Thanks!

Really neat idea, certainly has potential, and I love the aesthetic, very smooth and tranquil with the soft colors and fading lines. I think a piano or baritone sax could work well as a backing track. Glad you submitted it!

Kind of neat. Differentiating between the square and the diamond might be an interesting challenge if you didn't give the colour, and you had to place it based only on rotation. Why did you turn off all of the scoring?

Interesting concept and nice visuals. Square and diamond work, but I somehow can't get the circle "working".
