Chromyrinth by Chris Delta
Chromyrinth is my first Ludum Dare, and fifth game ever. In Chromyrinth, you play as a teeny tiny creature trying to use lasers to purify all the colors in its excessively colorful world.
The world is made up of many different zones, each of which can be controlled and moved around like a tile in a generic sliding tile puzzle. Your ultimate goal is to collect enough energy packets to turn on all 4 lasers, and to align the lasers such that they all intersect in the middle of the white zone.
Controls: WASD or arrows to move around, jump into a control point (the staticky, spinny squares of which there is only one in each zone) to move a zone around, spacebar to release control of the zone. X to suicide and respawn at the last control point you touched.
IMPORTANT: Your character starts off in the room in the top right corner of the white square with the gray control point if you're having trouble finding it!, it's possible he's already attached himself to the control point, in which case space to detach him. See also the second image, which explains some junk and points him out for you
.
edit: accidentally included the readme for another game, is now delete.

Overall, very original and challenging.
The sliding puzzle mechanic is clever.
I'm running 32-bit Windows 7.
I'll check back again to see if there's a fix, because this looks interesting!
