Two Man, One Screen is the touching story of two big men, the noble Baron VonSatisfecho and the brave Jacques leFastest, who one day realized their game was far two small for both of them to coexist in it. Since then, they have fought for the domain of the One Screen.


Two Man, One Screen is an offline multiplayer jump-and-shoot game. Play with a friend on the same keyboard and, of course, the same screen!

Controls:

Baron Von Selecto (on the left):

-A,W,D to move and jump
-Shooting: G left, H down, L right, Y up

Jack deFastest (on the right):

-Arrow keys to move and jump
-Shooting (using the numpad):4 left, 5 down, 6 right, 8 up

The jump physics-- and I hesitate to call it that-- are very poor. Gravity does not work like that! In addition, the ammo limitations were far too low, and I frequently wasted time waiting for a crate to load. I also don't know if it's possible to get the crates in the corners.

That being said, the four-directional firing was very cool and I wish I saw more games that implemented that mechanic.

the four-directional shooting was pretty cool. That's usually kind of a rare thing for many platform shooters like these, I feel. The gameplay was overall fairly solid, but I feel like it would benefit from an increased spawn rate on weapon crates. I encountered a lot of scenarios where both my opponent and I were out of ammo and couldn't interact with each other, so we just had to wait patiently for the next weapon drop.
