Grind like LudumDare by ItsSacraficed

This is as the name of the game gives a clue to a grinding game.

Target : Grind to collect all to LudumDare pieces, and you can just continue to gain lvl's.

WARNING : IT DOES TAKE ALOT OF "GRINDING" TO GATHER ALL THE PIECES!

Controles :

Arrow keys to move around a big scrollable map.
U to lower volume, O to increase volume
Spacebar to shoot fireballs at the thieves

If you missing certain dll's like the mvpc etc ones then install the c++ redit 2012 that is at the end of the installer.

This is my 7th LudumDare Compo :).
First time that I really used c++ and sfml!

Little Story :

Past :
As you discovered immortality you also discovered that your precies LudumDare Pieces were gone.

Current :
As you are amongst the thieves of your precious LudumDare pieces you grind your way trough all the thieves.

Logic :
The reason that they don't attack you is because they think you are one of them, also you are immortal so no worries there.

It's really hard to get the pieces.
I'm level 3 and I've only got 4 pieces...

Good idea. Needs a big announcement across the screen when you get a piece or something really over the top!

Pretty repetitive. Some more tweaks, and it could be fun, like some kind of notification that you found a piece, and faster gameplay.

Would be nice if you had loot drops for Speed, attack speed, dmg upgrades etc. Nice entry none the less cx

Well there`s not much in it. It also misses the theme of "Entire game on one screen". Sorry, this needs a lot of work.

Props for using C++ & SFML. ;)
That said, using an installer is really not a good way to distribute your game in Ludum Dare.

The game needs something to speed up the gameplay though, maybe adding powerups, faster movement or varied attacks would solve the issue?
