I had fun with this, the assault rifle seems a little underpowered compared to the starting pistol though

Pretty good game. Solid. Lacking some depth though.

Enjoyed my second run much more than my first, where I was unable to afford any weapon before I died. Nice enemy variety forcing you to change tactics. Would've liked to keep my old guns and be able to switch between them for different situations. All in all it was pretty fun!

-Would be more fun if the weapons were buffed with more/harder ennemies (the start is pretty slow) :(
-Music and SFX :)
-Brings up good memories of Crimsonland :)

Great example of topdown shooter. But, a little to hard.I was try 7 times and it's allways hard to collect enoght money to buy an some awesome stuff. Instead, I've benn runing with something not really amazing. if you just try to make prices lower, maybe, it will be much better.

I like the random weapon idea but you never get a chance to actually compare and look at them when you are getting swarmed all the time. It gets a bit too unbalanced into the long game.

I was liking this more and more as I played it. THe character felt a little too slidey, but maybe thats because you are supposed to be in space :)

Nice job!

Movement have a little delay i think; a fun and challenging game but you have more than one screen there; =/

Nice little Crimsonland style game - great fun!

Would have loved to see greater enemy variation, more gore(!) and enemy waves :)

Good idea with buying things right on the map. Well done.

Very good game. I like that there's a variety of enemies with real different mechanics instead of just one as in most other shooter submissions. Well done! :)

Great game. Lot of ennemies, very good graphics and sounds.
The shooting wasn't very fun, unfortunately, but I'm sure this is a gamejam issue. Overall, it's a really good entry. Good job !

Nice music, liked the different enemies and weapons! Controls felt too indirect.

I had a lot of fun with this game. Definitely easier with a mouse instead of a trackpad! The sound effects were a bit annoying when items dropped, but I really enjoyed the graphics. With some better sound and some more gameplay depth I'd love to kill time with this game. Played it on a Mac and it did just fine fyi.

Pretty good shooter. Reminds me a lot of Crimsonland. I like the variety of enemies and combining powerups with a shop mechanic was interesting. Something about the feel of the gameplay wasn't quite right though, maybe the controls? I can't quite put my finger on it. Good job anyway though.

Hmm... there was a problem with the linux download? The zip file gave me an error when I opened it, and then appeared to be empty. Sorry!

Nice game!

The graphics look quite nice!
One thing I didn't really like was, that the minigun didn't indicate the loading state, so I had no idea, when it needed a reload.
The idea, that weapon offers appeared on the playfield was really cool, but displaying the stats near the offer would be good, since you don't have the time to look to the border of the screen in the middle of a fight, because you need to kep track of the enemies ;)
The soundeffects were well chosen, but the music could have been more...I'd say "action-packed". The calm music was pleasuring to listen to, but it didn't put you in the action game state ;)

All in all awesome work!
It was really fun to play.

I like the atmosphere and the different enemies. Pretty straight forward but the powerups onscreen was unique

The best game of LD31 I've played so far.

Although it's a really great idea to have the weapons appear on the battlefield, there simply isn't enough time to look at the stats (as if I would know what the symbols mean anyway).
But it's great and hectic fun.

My best was 4:06.

Really great game considering the short time of ludum dare :) I liked variety of enemies. It would be nice to indicate somehow the statistics of weapon because it is hard to determine which weapon will be better, but maybe I just need to play a little more.

Cool game! I liked the are and the way items appeared on the map to purchase. I feel like some weapons need to be rebalanced. Good job.

Very nice! Good way to buy guns and health, without stop the action!

Good job! =)

Pretty fun top down arena shooter. I liked the variety of enemies a lot (the blue and red enemies were ridiculously aggressive) and I really liked how powerups would spawn in the arena and would disappear after some time (making you decide whether you want to get it now or save your money for a potentially better one later).
