Crumble by daesora
Crumble is a game where you are trapped in a dark cave system, with monsters around each corner waiting to get you. You have limited flashlight battery and ammunition, you must make it out alive. Look along the edges of the caves for an exit, or shoot the crystal to cause a 'Crumble' in the cave, changing it's layout. You can find chests around the cave to restock some of your supplies.
Control with WASD and mouse to shoot.
Sound is recommended as the noisy skeleton is a bit of a jump scare.
It will run on Windows, should run on Linux and I have no idea if it will run on OS/X.
The game was made in Python with Pygame. (Packaged as an exe using py2exe)
Graphics were made in Paint.net.
Music was made in Bosca Ceoil.
Audio was made in BFXR and Audacity.
I feel pretty happy with the gameplay itself, but the sound effects are a bit crappy having made them myself. I'm not to bothered about the rating, I'm just doing this for the sake of doing it.
This was my first real LD and I had loads of fun doing it. I'll definitely be doing another.

P.S. I keep spawning inside rocks and having to restart
1) Collision detection should use the "base", not the whole body.
2) If we can't shoot at angles, why use the mouse to shoot? Why not use the arrow keys?
3) It is possible to spawn on a rock after crumbling.
4) It is possible to spawn directly near the exit.
I liked the game pace. Moving slowly adds so much the game mood.
I enjoyed the entire experience. Good work!
