Shields are down by MarioY19

[raw]
made by MarioY19 for LD31 (COMPO)
Travelling through perilous hyperspace, your shields fail in a critical moment.

It's up to you to avoid the barrage of dangerous matter flinging itself at your ship.

Luckily you have Relays with which you can teleport your ship to. By pressing R and disabling them you can truly show your piloting skill.

This was my third LD, and the first time I had some hours to spare.
I'm quite happy with the results, even if the game is a bit short. I feel it's polished quite nicely, and is a bit challenging.

Fun, and a good use of the theme topic. Feedback (when squares are in range) is a little tough to gauge; maybe side-lights so you can see when you've passed squares?

Cool concept! I was confused as to when the blocks are "non-collidable" . I wanted to check out your past LD games but your profile is not found :(

Very interesting idea, I really enjoyed this. Agree with comments that visual feedback could be improved, maybe some sort of audible 'swoosh' could help too? Like the art style, reminded me of Starfox. :)

Really love it, wish it was a bit longer. Managed to beat it easily on the first try.

Hi there. Managed to get through about 12 sets. Didn't think the gaps were clear enough, so got very twitchy. Had to turn off music. Would have been nice to have a consistent pitch note for each relay position instead of a random note. Liked the presentation and idea. Good job!

Nice entry. I like it. It reminds me a StarFox from Nintendo. The music is good and IMO fits absolutelly perfect with the game. The theme is perfectly achieved and audio and fun are perfects to be with that game a lot of little good moments. Congratulations :D

Really fun. I think the game without realy is more fun to play despite the difficulty. The yellow light help a lot and is a very good idea. The instant menu screen when you die is a bit crude. Some nice explosion with a pause then back to menu would have been nicer :)

I would prefer the gameplay to be faster and a bit more forgiving with the timing. But it's very cool nonetheless.

Cool gameplay ! I'm bad at it but it's it's nice, and perspective makes eyes see weirdly :) The music was good too !
