It was fun for a minute watching the dots fight it out. I wish i had some more influence on what was happening.

Interesting idea! Some of the creatures got stuck in the corners and sides after letting it sit for a while.

I pressed 1 a lot! I kept trying to take everything over with red dots, but since they themselves don't replicate, I failed miserable :P

I really like this type of game, and I'm happy you tried it out, but I don't think it was quite pulled off. It would have been nice to have some more information on what "evolution" was happening. Also, maybe some way of passively interacting with the world (maybe having some control over the environment).

This is an interesting project, but not an interesting game. One important element in game design is to give agency to the player, this means making their choices meaningful. In this game I start the population, but that has little effect on how things turn out. This could be the basis for a game, but not a game in itself.

very interesting, it's a concept that could be developed further, maybe making the dots converging into clusters.

Absolutely mesmerizing. I love these "ant farm" type games, watching the incredibly complex behaviors that arise from a simple set of behavioral rules. Great job!

This could be developed into an interesting simulation of society where dots form communities, then nations, nations fight each others for territory, just like in real life. :)

Evoluted "Game of life" Ludum dare Edition!
It's a strange and I think well developed sim.
Well done!
