Good fun, but what are the macguffins? I can't find any and keep getting a zero score :(

The macguffins appear when the boss' health gets to a multiple of 50. They look like muffins.

Extremely hard ! Why not swap the controls ? My brain doesn't seem to work with aiming on WASD.

Way too hardcore for me. I quit when the boss started moving like a sine wave. Good game though!

Pretty hard to control. Maybe you could've let us shoot with the mouse? :)
