Mac and Linux versions are provided but untested.

Good use of theme. I like all the progression in the one little space.

Good stuff. I liked the controls and the idea. Man I really wanted to fly too, it's just there's like a bajillion other games to try and rate. If the first 5 min. of the big games are the most important, then it's probably more like the first 5 seconds for LD games.

@ladybenko It's set to advance if you press space, escape, or return. I didn't realize that might not work on Mac keyboards :(

Level design and how the environment changes is very slick. Nice use of the theme!

I like the fact the you are showing a part of the screen creating an illusion that you are playing a sidescroller but in reality the entire game is on one screen. Thats very clever if this is the case! Nice work.

Hi there. Like the masked lighting. Nice platform balance. Couldn't complete as I'm too bad at timing, but could sense the generosity in the timing of bullets etc. Nice 8-bit sounds. Good job!

Love the music, the graphics were super cute, and the platforming was fun. I really liked how the powerups made you think about the terrain in a different way.

I ran into a bug where I jumped on a platform and couldn't jump again, maybe I was stuck in the floor? Also I wasn't sure if there was a way to deal with the shooty guys or if I just had to suck it up and run past them. Jumping on them seemed to kill them but also hurt me?

Also the movement physics were a little bit on the stiff and slow side for my taste. Other than that awesome job though!

@lycrashampoo I was never able to find the cause of that jump bug, unfortunately.

Jumping on enemies replenishes your health, but since the sprite changes either way I can understand the confusion.

It is a tad slow... in hindsight, a run button was probably in order. Thanks for the feedback! :)

nicely done, cool twist on the theme. Great progression with the individual abilities as items to find.

The platformer controls were "okay" but would definitely benefit from having some acceleration/decceleration and other physics tweaks, but good start.

Loved the game! After I got gravity flipping I died, and then after I respawned I made painstaking progress around the level... turns out, I was circling back to the gravity powerup. It was still a lot of fun, even if I took the long way around.

I enjoyed playing it. The level design stands outs. I'd suggest letting the player jump with Up/W, and there were a few times I died and respawned unusually far away... at least it felt unusual.

Love it but I was stuck on the double spikes zone when you have to use gravity many times. It seems the bullets could not kill me ?
