Legend of Destiny by Remicy

[raw]
made by Remicy for LD31 (COMPO)
It's my first Ludum Dare.

I'm sad that I could't finish all contents of the game.
but making game is fun, I wish I can do better next time.

I'm not good in English, hope you enjoy the game. :)

--Update 12/30--
I've worked hard on this post-compo version.
It would be very appreciated if you'd take some time to play.

Interesting way of doing a simplified battle system, I like what you were going for. Congratulations on completing your first Ludum Dare! :)

Very nice sprites.

I found a strategy that if a mob has more "rounds exists" than "clicks requires", then better not to click it :D

correction: LESS "rounds exists" than "clicks requires"

Nice gameplay, definitely suited for mobile phones. Totally the next Pirate Kings.

My only complaint is that I can't seem to affect the outcome of the game very much, no matter which lane I click. Maybe that will change after the crafting system is completed. Are you planning to polish it?

Thanks for all playing & comments!

I didn't expect so many positive feedbacks, you do give me a lot of encouragements.

I'm planning to polish and finish the game, and also have plan to make it for mobile!

I enjoyed this one; it reminded me of 10000000. It's a shame so many features went unimplemented, but I'm glad you plan to continue it.

The mechanics is pretty fun and could be suitable for mobile. I did wish the crafting system was done. It took me a while to realize I could use the potion.

Way way way better than my first LD. Only thing was that you shouldn't put the unfinished stuff there, it kinda spoiled the graphics. Congratatulations!

not sure I fully grasp this idea. Crafting system would have been fun, you should finish it.

Great game:) The rows your supposed click fall half way off the screen, lack of tutorial, and no music or sounds.

What a great idea. I tried both versions (I rated you based on the compo version)
Your idea is great - I really liked it. I am probably gonna play your game some more at some point. I like the alternative way of doing an "adventure" game. Very innovative!

The idea is nice. Unfortunately the original lacks a lot of things and would love to rate based on your post-compo...but it's great that you worked on it till now and improved it a lot. It just needs some sounds and a little more effects. Good job :)
