Can You Defeat Them? by overallcyber
This game takes place inside a maze where you must collect objects and fight off enemies in hopes of freeing the people. The atmosphere is somewhat creepy, so if you don't like creepy stuff, don't play this game. Oh, and also, [Spoiler Alert] if you have trouble with flashing lights and colors or have epilepsy, don't play this game. You use the arrow keys to move and to use the sword, you click on the enemy.

I'm not sure if I was briefed on how to use the sword... Ctrl, Enter, Space, and all the keys I tried didn't work =(

Wow this was spooky. I was getting a little bored at first then the first screen flicker scared me haha. Great atmosphere. I would have liked to see some more graphics though, the blocks you used are one of the default GameMaker assets. Nice entry.

Please name your link "Windows" instead of "Download Game". exe files only work on Windows.

I got a bit confused about whether I was doing the right thing... I couldn't seem to do anything with the sword, unless there was another special place to go to that I didn't find, or a key that I didn't work out...

Silly ending, but pretty fun game. There wasn't really any challenge, I think either limiting attacks/actions to proximity to the player somehow would have improved this the most.
