Overworlord by max_peabody
An RPG viewed entirely from the overworld. As the Dreadlord Ferithos, players must destroy every town that stands in their path!
...But like, not too quickly because then you're gonna really make all the heroes angry at you and that means they'll be knocking on your door much sooner than anticipated, and speaking of the heroes you should probably beef up security on your dungeons so they don't get through them too easily...
Mouse controls. Click a dungeon to upgrade it, ideally with a hero already inside or en route - heroes that die there will give you gold, but if they escape, they'll get stronger! Click a town to destroy it, preventing it from spawning or healing heroes but making other heroes fight even harder.
Destroy every town before your three fortresses are destroyed and your base is breached, and you win!

Not sure what controls are either.
Great entry!
A bit too easy. Those lowly heroes didn't stand a chance!
PS : I love the MSpaint artwork, and it was well executed in this game.
It can get a little too slow, though, if you over spend. A couple of times I ended up with most of the heroes camped in a single town, waiting for my gold to increase to the point where I could destroy it.
Overall, very nice, and quite easy to understand which is something most jam games of this type often struggle with.
