A Frog's Task of Life by V_V
With absolutely no previous programming skills and only a few hours devoted to a melonJS tutorial, I proudly submit "A Frog's Task of Life".

Frogs migrate to their breeding sides once their winter dormancy is over. Human built roads are a severe threat to them - many frogs get crushed on their way to find a mating partner.
Human built frog tunnels underneath roads connect the frogs dormancy place with their breeding sides. Passing them instead the deadly road, many frogs can fulfil their task of life and reach their partners unharmed.

At first I thought the game was a commentary on how frogs could never cross roads without dying.
Obviously simple (like my entry), but a good start.
I like how you made a puzzle game disguised as a platformer.
Sometimes after dying the screen would get a bit whiter.
I enjoyed music and especially art of the game, it had pretty distinct feel to it.
It's a little buggy, especially with the collisions. But this a common problem that you will get rid of ;)
Practice a little bit and your next entry will be awesome :D
