I cannot stress this enough, I really enjoyed this game really loses something by not having sound.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>The graphics were pretty cool for the first world (bug people yeah!) but after that the programmer art gets... bad.\r<br\/>\r<br\/>The interface was kind of jarring at first, with the way dialogue worked etc. But once I got into it I was actually enjoying myself."},{"author_name":"aroymart","author_uid":"29093","time":"Aug 27, 2014 @ 10:02pm","epoch":1409176620,"text":"@buttsteam thank you! \r<br\/>\r<br\/>Haha yea, I should have! I grew up not being able to listen to my games, so it's really something i need to think about specifically and remember to include! Thanks! \r<br\/>\r<br\/>Yeaa i got really into it at first but i didn't really have a lot of time (or sense of scope). I got to the last hour and realized I only had one level! I was determined to at least enter something,so i wanted to add something to make it "connected worlds" \r<br\/>\r<br\/>Yea don't even get me started on the ui haha \r<br\/>\r<br\/>But thank you very much! You probably won't see this, but i appreciate the comment!"},{"author_name":"AndrewFM","author_uid":"5658","time":"Aug 31, 2014 @ 8:05am","epoch":1409472000,"text":"Changing background colors and swapping out NPC graphics on each progressive stage is a pretty basic way to execute the theme. (Really, this game is much more "Resource Gathering" than "Connected Worlds")\r<br\/>\r<br\/>However, despite the loose connection to the theme, I always have enjoyed these types of games. I played through the whole thing, and had fun doing so. Good job on that end."},{"author_name":"jprogman","author_uid":"15225","time":"Sep 9, 2014 @ 6:21pm","epoch":1410286560,"text":"Fun little game, but I don't see how it fits the theme regardless of the little explanation at the end. I find the challenge actually decreases as you move on to the next worlds probably because the money carries over. I was hoping for more obstacles like lava, rocks, or something that'll hurt me or block my way. Very nice game overall though!"}],"images":["ld30\/29093-8339fe391087e9ce5efc4d61efa4e1ec.jpg"],"links":[{"url":"http:\/\/grasspunchgames.altervista.org\/games\/compo\/LudumDare30\/dmqf.exe","text":"Windows"},{"url":"http:\/\/grasspunchgames.altervista.org\/games\/compo\/LudumDare30\/dmqf.gmk","text":"Source"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"15856","g_author":"29093","g_event":"LD30","g_eventkey":"24","g_subevent":"JAM","g_urlkey":"15886","g_title":"DigMine QuickFast","g_status":"UCHK1","g_place":"99999","g_commentcount":"4","g_site2_node_id":"0","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":[],"node":null,"orig_images":["http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/wp-content\/compo2\/\/375043\/29093-shot0.png-eq-900-500.jpg"],"text":"\r\nMade in GM","title":"DigMine QuickFast"}
