Saman by koalamo
Saman is a combination of classic arcade inspiration (donkey kong/frogger/etc.) and an incremental game.
The game revolves around two worlds, who are distinctly unaware of one another, but effect the other in substantial ways.
//Summary
In Saman, a creature lurks underground - a creature who has been taught that the sacred gems can save him from those that would do him harm. Alternatively, another world exists. One where a carefree creature of the light follows a road outside of his home, finding valuable gems which are known to appear from the ground.
//Gameplay
You control an underground creature, while simultaneously you are responsible for capturing and farming the gems that he supplies to those above ground. The rook is too brittle to do harm to anyone, but can blend into the earth with great expertise, and looks for the gem-hungry gods to do his bidding for him, assuming he doesn't get in the way.
//Technical
The game was created using Gamemaker Studio and the art using Adobe Flash. Sound effects generated through http://www.bfxr.net/ and music generated through wolfram tones @ tones.wolfram.com.

(By the way, the web version made Firefox crash on my PC.)
For those commenting on the music, it was sudo-randomly generated (with some tweaking) from tones.wolfram.com. The sound effects in general are what I'm least proud of (which inspired me to make the mute button on the top right). In addition, the sound may have additional issues (other than just being bad) on the web version.
@Lysznie - Make sure you're utilizing your burrow(SPACE) ability to avoid boulders! While burrowed you are invulnerable to the bludgers (purple things) and boulders, but the bats things can still get you while burrowed. My second regret is not making better directions :)
Good job!
