Playing cards into the World deck will add those resources towards your bid to control that world, but you will be unable to buy or use those cards again until after the world is used.  Placing your cards into the deck below the world deck, will allow you to purchase cards on the left hand side of the screen, which will give you more element\/magic points to be added into your hand later.  You can see the value of the cards you've played at the bottom of the screen.  When you can't make any more moves, hit the \"End Turn\" button, and let the other player take over the screen.\r\n\r\nThe game is over when all of the World Cards have been acquired.
