I got 114.71 meters! I like that the camera follows the spear.

I like the idea of the Olympic game simulator (not exactly the ancient technology, but somehow related).
But my game experience was so frustrating.
When I tried to Run using only Q or only E, I didn't move at all.
After that I tried to click Q and E rapidly and my avatar turned to zombie. His legs turned to each other and whole his body was shaking nervously. However, I finally could run.
After the first throw I stuck in the middle of nowhere with just one small tree on blue screen.
I guess, I'm not the best javelin thrower x(

It's a good start, but I found that relying on the physics to determine the javelin's angle made it much too random. On some throws, the javelin just starts off pointing downwards so it doesn't really matter how fast you go.

There are also 3 different fullscreen buttons (one on Ludum Dare's site, one on the itch.io embed, and one in the Unity webgl export). You should probably try to set it up so that you only need one.

P.S. There are no ratings on the games for this Ludum Dare (see here for why: http://ludumdare.com/compo/2016/06/08/well-this-is-awkward-2/) which is why there's no opt-out.

Thank you for the feedback, everyone! This is my first LD as well as one of my first games, but I look forward to attending the next one. :)

Interesting game although I dont think it fits into the Ancient technology theme, I would have liked to see a running animation rather than seeing his legs move apart.
