Mage Hunter by LordYabo

[raw]
made by LordYabo for LD30 (JAM)
I tried out using Twine for the first time in this jam. Mage Hunter was written from scratch in Twine in 48hrs to try my hand at branching story and meaningful choice. The world setting is based on my game www.archmagerises.com

Longer and better fleshed than most Twine entries turn out. I think I would have been able to tell you're a writer even if you weren't taking the opportunity to advertise in the sidebar.

I like the lore.
Keep working on the world.

Very good complete story.
I like how you managed to give the player meaningful choices while still keeping your story character intact.
I got a really bad ending, so I'm going to keep it open in a different and come back to it later.
Was this supposed to be a Jam entry? It says here it's a jam entry but in game it says it's a 48 compo entry. If it is a compo entry you might want to edit your page, if not I missunderstood.

Well written with a nicely expansive story. It's also quite pleasingly presented, unlike some other Twine entries that use the horrible default css settings. And there's a hell of a lot packed in there for a LD game, so well done!

Yep, I obviously hate mages. A great story with a naming mechanic I dont see in most twine games
