Tech Raid by Ronin748
You're raiding an ancient alien spaceship that crashed millions of years ago to study their tech. However, the ship is teeming with security droids. You find a strange gun that you can use to destroy the robots. Collect all of the tech and avoid getting killed in the process!

The game is written in C++ and OpenGL. I used SDL_mixer for sound. I've written everything from the graphics to the physics myself from scratch (unfortunately). Some of the engine code was written prior to the jam. Music by Kevin MacLeod.
NOTES:
- Yes the physics are very bouncy
- Fullscreen doesn't always work on Linux in Wine
- Update: fixed performance

Player movement was really weird, there was this bounce coupled with FOV kick when starting to move that was almost nauseating. Also enemies kept sneaking up to me, most of the time I noticed them only when I started to take damage.
Aesthetically, sharp pixel graphics and claustrophobic geometry reminded me of Descent, which is always a plus.
i like the pixelated textures, really a fan of oldschool fps so it's always nice to see these old Quake crunchy textures ^^.
a bit of a glitch in case no one found it yet, the ennemies seem to shoot through walls sometimes.
Otherwise no real problems here, a nice entry good job ! :)
