Friend of the Fisherman by rubna
Below the surface, the friend of the fisherman is lending a hand! Help catch as many fish as possible, but watch out, for your oxygen-tube is very thin...

Phew! I didn't manage to make everything I wanted and the balancing could have been better, but hey, LD. Maybe I'll release a post-compo with more cool stuff sometime soon :D
But for now, enjoy!

Did it have sounds? I didn't hear anything :P
My highest was $140, but I'm sure I can do much better xD
Very awesome :)
My best is $355
I like the line physics and the simple idea of the game :)
Nice colors and layout!
My highscore was about 300$
Nice job :P
Masterfully done, thanks for the game!
By the way, I tested this on wine - sound did not work, but other than that the game worked fine.
Cheers!
Just wish there was more variation or more goals, then it would be even better. Got $560 ^^
And the final counting is a neat touch, very "arcade" like. Ir reminds me of "Battle City" from NES :D
By the by, thanks for the awesome comments and feedback/ideas everyone! I'm working on a more polished and expanded post-compo version. You can kinda follow the development on my twitter if you want to.
I saw your blog posts but forgot to search for the game until now. Really love how you managed to convert such a physics heavy game into the pixel style. Looks great, feels alive and plays well.
Got no critique at all really. Great entry!
Feedback: I died quickly the first few times, as I kept accidentally firing left. Once I was used to the controls however, I stopped playing at around 300$ when I realised nothing new was happening.
Graphics and pixel art are awesome! especially that it have complex physics behind but a pixelized rendering, it give a very good and realist feeling.
Best game I played so far and I vote 5-star everywhere except no audio. Congrats.
See you again at LD30!
