Restonerant by wrexialmt
A two man project with my friend @tomstal handling the art and myself @wrexialmt on coding. We had multiple ideas for the Ancient Technology theme but ended up doing something which we both never dreamed of before, a cooking game! It probably shows in the design but we had fun creating this jam, I hope you will like it too.
The game is played using drag and drop and has 3 levels of difficulty which adapt depending on how you're doing. It'll change the difficulty between days, so if you win 3 days in a row, you're awesome and leave us a comment. Any questions feel free to post below, feedback is very appreciated, we do this for fun and to grow as game makers. Audio is from free online sources.
I had to do some magic tricks to get the Ludum Dare website to behave and remove the scroll bars, mainly scaling down my game and forcing scroll-bars to be turned off. This leads to a bit of skewing, if it bothers you please use the link provided below for the original experience.

the recipe and difficulty ramp up very well, sometimes the timer a bit hard too see, but thats probably my eyes problem, not with the game
very solid entry!
Really nice sound, graphics, and overall aesthetic.
