So... It's finally done, or there about!! Could have done with another few hours or so to make some sound and make the level bigger but hey.

To move use either A and D or the left and right arrow keys.

Try to reach the bottom without hitting the lava. (Which is easy since the game loops 4 or 5 times!!) Moving into the flow of the water makes you fall twice as fast.

The max score is 16223. You will know when you have reached the bottom when you hit a black floor on which you no longer fall.

This is my first Ludum Dare and to be fair I am very proud of myself! Only 17 so please be nice:)

Sort of interesting concept with the theme. However, too easy, and even easier to a broken point once you realize you can hug the walls (the black ones) and never encounter anything to hurt you. But still, interesting free-fall, and I would say it didn't look too bad (though I did sense the Minecraft influence promptly).

Thanks for the feedback:) Yeah you guessed correct Minecraft did influence the materials. As for the wall hugging, that is due to me focusing to much on the art and game code and not using my time wisely to develop a brilliant map. After the voting I will continue development if you are interested in playing the better version!

Sorry, but TBH, its quite boring. Maybe add a way to jump and more obstacles (and make it less easy). Also, why are you setting your game to such a high fps? 30 or 60 fps is usually more than enough, and is easier on the GPU. But, since it is your first Ludum Dare, you seem to at least have potential, and I've seen a lot worse attempts (games that don't run, games that crash on startup, Sting Wars... wait... that last one was a first 7DRTS, nevermind...), I'll rate a little kinder than usual...

The game is a little bit slow which makes it very easy. I managed to survive as long as I wanted by just going to the left of the screen.
