V for Virus by fafastudio
In a world ruled by machines, you're hosting a living organism, one of the "Human Machine" which now populate the world.
What if you used this opportunity to bring some REVOLUTION to this non-changing et insipid society ?
But please take care to not let the virus possess you, or at least, not entirely ...
W A S D : Movements, Menus
Space Bar : Shot, Select
=> The mouse does not work on the game
This game is a shooter based on the Main Character shapeshifting.
As you lose all of your health points, you are being more and more overtaken until you finally die.

Minor nitpick: it's a little confusing that the menu can't be controlled with the mouse.
Did think that the game was bugging out for me on the menu though, not having the buttons able to be mouse clicked was a little confusing
Great music and awesome art. The gameplay was also fun and challenging. The only problem I had is after palying for a while it starts lagging - something is probably not being destroyed off screen and accumulates over time.
But all in all it's a great game.
The empower feeling when shapeshifting is very cool, but since it happens when you start to lose it makes you wondering if you really wanted it ^^
Very cool graphics too, specially the hero transformations.
Only need some more different enemys and it would be really addicting.
Nice job !
Music might be slightly annoying, but great job!
It would have been better if enemies turned red / had some sort of hit indication though.
The music was perfect, it even sounded like a tune that danny baranowski would have made in the final stage of transformation.
And every time it has put the right mood !
The graphics were cool, my only problem was the menu that didn't seem to respond properly, but since I could play the game, I don't care that much (but it would be important if you planned to continue)
One of my favorite game so far
Curiously, I had the impression that I was controlling the final Boss of the game haha
At begin I was trying to use the mouse, before read about it doesn't work, but this doesn't affect the gameplay
Great game and job guys! ;D
Somehow reminds me of Ultraman though.
Tight controls, excellent music and perdy grfx. Nice one! :P
Had some problem with the menu at first, it controllable with the mouse but you can't use the mouse buttons to confirm your choice :/
"Well, this requires some serious skill. I guess it's ok."
...
"Looks like I'm pretty much dead."
* Shapeshifted *
"Wow, second chance? Nice idea."
* Shapeshifted again *
"SHOOP DA WHOOP"
* Shapeshifted again *
"Seriously? Nope, I'm done"
* Finally died *
xD
Jokes aside. The graphics was nice. Music is good to. Good job!
Maybe it will be a good idea to add levels, and diferent ending depending of how "monstruous" you become.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description
