One Roll Yahtzee by mattr555
This weekend, I decided to learn Dart. This was mainly influenced by watching Notch's livestream and reading the opinions of HackerNews. I felt like building a game to demonstrate my knowledge, so Yahtzee it was. Then I said, "Hey, this could be a Ludum Dare game! I wrote all the code this weekend." So, I modified the source to only get one roll, and here we are, my first Ludum Dare submission.

P.S. I made another version off the theme (not for compo, actually made after the end) called "You only get ones Yahtzee": https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/19114857/yahtzee-only-ones/yahtzee.html

I love that you have the ability to save the dice even though there is literally no reason to do so. It's a nice little self aware wink at the player.

Highest score was 163. Solid implementation, and the twist to fit it into the theme actually makes the strategy to this classic game quite different. I agree with 302_Dave about saving dice, that actually made me laugh. Nice job!

I liked it, the YOGO roll keeps the game quick and fun :)

Nice, simple game. Would be cool if there was a high score table but I suppose You Only Get One score :)

Nicely done. One of the best uses for the theme I've seen yet.
