One Shot at a Time by benjim

[raw]
made by benjim for LD28 (COMPO)
1/2 players
Blue player: a/d to move left/right, w to shoot up
Red player: left/right arrows, down arrow to shoot down
After shooting you cannot shoot again until your bullet is gone. Coloured squares move through the middle of the screen, shoot them and they do things and stuff. Just play it, you will soon get the hang of it.

Fun concept but it was a bit too slow. perhaps you should increese the movement speed of the bullets

It was fun at first, but I didn't feel it to be that engaging after a match. I too, think it's a bit slow.

you don't see much games with 1 and 2 player option. didn't test the latter though, might be more engaging, but how are you supposed to play against a human with this bullet speed?

Very simplistic, but a decent game anyway, and the squares you can shoot add a nice bit of variation. The only thing I didn't like was the numbers in the middle of the screen: some kind of life bars at the top and bottom would be more attractive.

Basic, but not bad in any way.

The game was fun and the blocks in the middle helped give it some variation which was good.
