The player does tend to stick to walls quite a bit.  Since it looks like you used Unity, you could solve that problem rather easily by simply attaching a Physics2D material to the colliders on your player gameobjects (my game had the same problem).  Also, it looked like the bullets you shoot in cactus form might be backwards.
