Mythic Morph by loveapplegames
This game uses WebGL and works on most browsers. Also works on Android.
Game controls:
PC: A = left, D = right, space or K = action.
Touchscreen: Tap the left hand side of the screen to jump; swipe the right hand side to move.
You are the legendary Unicorn, leaping from platform to platform while dodging your enemies including raging lions, polar bears and a swarm of vampire bats. You have to touch flame to transform into your airborne form: the Phoenix. Waste your enemies with your fire breath. Reach water before your time runs out. Then you become a mythical creature of the deep. Underwater you are attacked by marine nasties but luckily your mermaid form is also weaponised. When your mermaid form begins to decay get back on dry land quick!
Loveapple Games is Boris van Schooten (game concept, programming, graphics) and Val Jones (game concept, graphics, audio). Athena Norcia of Norcia Muziek contrubuted the violin parts. Game dev happened while Val and Boris were on vacation in a wifi blackspot in Spain and Athena was back home in Enschede suffering massive transatlantic jet lag. Athena played violin into an ancient smartphone, using Baroque tuning and strings, and gmailed the results across to Seville. Boris and Val irritated the hell out of the other guests by using the hotel bathroom as an audio recording suite. They also spent far too much time eating tapas, out-drinking the locals and working on the tan...

I found the gameplay fun and challenging. However, it took me some time to grasp the mechanics, and I felt I died suddenly until I realized some of them.
Also, if you get all the flames and die before you get the enemies, you are forever stuck in that level, aren't you?
