Minim by NemoStein

[raw]
made by NemoStein for LD26 (COMPO)
The games isn't finished but is playable (not fun to play with, sadly).

Left/right arrows to move
Up/Space to jump

Pick the Golden Gem at the far right of the level
Each time you pick the gem the assets resolution drops to half

Every level is different from the previous one (procedurally generated from multiple templates)

The game don't have an end, you need to refresh to play again.
The game have some problems with collision, so you need to "shake" if you get stuck (jumping solves the problem).

The idea is neat. I found myself continuing to play to see what the character would like the next level and the next level and so on.

Cool game!
Would have been nice to see more varied tiles though..

So apparently a huge pixel have problems picking up other huge pixels. I guess that means I reached the end.

I liked the resolution reduction, maybe could be applied as some game mechanic and not just for show.

The templates becomes recognizable pretty quickly, could use more variety. Also, the music doesn't loop?

It feels like this could be really good if you'd had more time.
Nice solid start mate, I'd really like to see you push this on so it can reach it's full potential.
