Welp, my second Ludum Dare entry is done, and I'm not particularly happy with it (it pretty much wound up being a rushed version of the platformer I started not too long ago, but the code is quite different, so I probably can't even reuse much of it...) Well, if you can't tell from the screenshot, this game is 1-bit, which I figured is about as minimal as you can get (well, besides text adventures, but I can't write, so...). I was originally going to write an authentic 1-bit song with Beepola, but I decided against it, as most 1-bit games only have a little jingle at the start at most. There's only one (rushed) level, as I ran out of time. Sorry. Maybe I'll continue this game with the platformer engine I'm writing, although probably not...

Haha, I liked the ending. Unfortunately I'm not sure if there's anything too innovative here. Was kind of fun to play though! Good job for getting it done

It's actually a really nice game, sound's a must in platformers, so I would've wanted to hear 1 bit music/effects

nice little platformer; a bit buggy though, mostly the collisions and the fact that sometimes the character seems to randomly jump.

That's a little bit minimal in graphics.... minimalism theme respected and not a mondrian reuse, that's good ;)
