The game is a Journey of Discovery, if you're not sure about something click on it. If something happens, it was probably meant to (but probably isn't a bad thing).
I'm not sure if I won or lost in the end (I exploded and spread my circles), but nice game anyway. Eating sparkling things until I can eat my enemies(?) and them getting smaller. But I don't know what I was supposed to click. When I clicked on myself I could select my shape and the game would start again from the beginning.
The driving idea behind the game was that I would communicate entirely with the player via indirect feedback, but still maintain a cohesive and fun game. I guess it's actually pretty difficult :P
@Mnemusyne as you "level up" the controls become a little freer.
So i was flying around pooping potatoes, collecting yellow things and then i could eat other flying things, and there was a kitten outside the box and i tried to find a way to the kitten, but then my flier turned into triangle, then square, and when i was an octagon i exploded into potatoes. I have no idea what happened but it was fun. Cool game!
Very original idea. I enjoyed flying around getting more and more power then suddenly massive yellow block obscuring everything and game over... Great metaphor but very confusing.
