Try getting to 20,000. It's much busier then.
Really nice graphics and music, gameplay was fluid, monsters and player were cute and the power ups kept it interesting. Would have enjoyed some main attack powerups and checkpoints, but what you have is impressive enough for a 48 hour jam :)
I did figure out that the teleport can embed you in the left wall.
The audio is really awesome here, and the gameplay is simple but compelling. Great entry!
As for the game, I love the graphics. The mechanics seem a bit buggy though. Sometimes bullets would go in weird places, the collision would push me out of weird stuff. The spells and stuff are cool though. I felt like a legit wizard. Moderately fun to try and beat high scores and such.
overall, graphics and audio were superb, but the game mechanics itself definitely needed more polish.
Gameplay would have been easier to learn if you added the key the description stands for (e.g. "Teleport (C key) available!") Also I did not understand why I sometimes double fire on Z and sometimes I don't.
