Great graphics and sound, and really funny to play. I like the addition of achievements, the really add a sense of progression and purpose to play. If you were to run with the idea, it would be cool to chain people together to have many people in surgery chained together at once, or having office furniture for limbs or something. It was interesting to try to solve the puzzle of how to get various combos of limbs onto particular characters. The only achievement I didn't manage to get was Conference.
