Fire Simulator Returns: 2012 HD by gerafin
Play as a weather system spreading fire into the world!
-Blowing at clouds pushes them, makes them smaller, and can even destroy them! Sometimes they even drop goodies!
-You can't make fire jump over streets right away, even if you use your full first bar of power. But try picking up a powerup halfway through your blow...
-There's no 'win condition,' play for high score!
-Make sure you're tapping LMB to fan smaller flames, especially in the beginning - but save up all your points to unleash at once if you're trying to get the sparks to spread.
-Don't click randomly, plan out using the dropped powerups to spread your fire the maximum amount.
-Don't underestimate the power of killing clouds early.
-The grass is fireproof.
-Stay near the edge of the firestorm in order to spread it, otherwise you're just blowing sparks around.
-ESC brings you back to the main menu.
So, this is not just my first Ludum Dare game, but my first game ever. I started teaching myself a few months ago, and this is the first time I've created a fairly complete project - so this is a HUGE milestone for me! Thanks for playing and I hope you enjoy!

Nice to see someone else letting you take control of the weather! It didn't crash for me, although the tutorial seemed stuck at the point where I had to set a dude on fire? He was just running round trying to put my fire out and I couldn't interact with him. Fire kept spreading though.
-I like the concept and graphics of the game.
-It's pretty neat to see the fire grow and flames spread.
-I have to agree with the other players, the flame recharge is pretty slow.
-The clouds are brutal, especially with the low recharge rate.
-No audio, but I am guessing this is intentional.
-I really enjoyed playing and spreading the flames, but the tutorial might be a little more fun than the main game. It might be nice if the houses stayed burning?
All in all, it was a neat little game. Great job!
