Overall this is a fun little game. It gets really hectic later on which is good, since people can't complain about the challenge. I also liked how the car sprite changes angle when pushing up\/down, and that the wheels are staying in the same position when it does that. Little things, but I can appreciate them. The intro animation is also a nice thing to see. Those goats hated me, they loved spawning and staying on the side of the road, just outside of my reach. I think other objectives or objects which were detrimental to your score and not the player's health would be great additions.
